Event Cancelled
 Due to Severe Winter Weather

Due to a severe winter storm that dumped about 2 feet of snow in Hungry Valley as well as weather predictions of 3 more moderate storms between now and the scheduled date of the Northern Nevada Bird Dog Championship, we have been forced to cancel the event this year.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope to see you at next year's event.

Since we cannot cancel our bird order (1100 chukars) we will be holding smaller single day competitions throughout the spring.  The intent of the single day events will be to keep the cost down, provide a good time for shooters, and give the dogs a chance to work birds through the spring.  Depending on the format, the cost will range from $50 for a combined score event to $70 for a match play event.  Obviously, this just covers the cost of the birds, so there will not be any prize money.
